This event is exclusive for our graduates and masters students from our University and for students with which our University has signed cooperation agreements. Due to the great success of the event, each of the registration of participants will be assessed. We can not guarantee that all will accept pre-registration.

Registration fees

The participation to International Week is subject to the following registration fees:

These fees cover the attendance to all sessions, materials and the registration package. The participants registered in two courses will received a lunch box.
Note that all these fees are expressed in dollars (US$)

Registration system
|
|
Participants are requested to register online through the registration platform. The registration requires two separated steps:
|
- Pre-registration. You are asked to provide various information. You will receive an email when your pre-registration will be approved.
|
|
NOTE: you should receive this email within 1 or 2 days maximum; if not, check your spambox; after two days, you can proceed to the next step.
|

Confirmation and payment. Once your pre-registration is approved, you can proceed to the confirmation and payment step. You will then be redirected to a secure website for the payment.

In case of problem to pay by credit card, we can also arrange a transfer payment. Please contact fdiaz@esan.edu.pe to get the detailed information.

Cancellation policy
|
|
Once paid, we will not be able to refund neither your registration fees.
